Save the Date!
We are getting excited about our upcoming Spring Gala auction and dinner. We are still looking for volunteers to help with the event and we are in search of donations for the auction. If you are interested in helping in any way–large or small–please contact Joypesaturo@gmail.com. Additionally, we have a basket in the office for auction item drop-off. We welcome items of all varieties and values, including a donation of services. For more information, please see our request letter for donations.
Picture Days
Photographers in the yearbook class will be taking pictures of all students throughout the day on April 10 and 11. These will be formal portraits for the student-photo pages of the yearbook. We encourage students to dress “interview casual” for the occasion. Unfortunately, we won’t be printing these in multi-sized packets for families, but we will be able to share digital files for your own printing if you like.

Final Week for Priority Re-Enrollment
A quick reminder that priority re-enrollment for current EA students will end April 1. On that date, we open enrollment to new students, and your current student’s spot at Explorations cannot be guaranteed. To ensure your family’s place at EA next year, please submit the re-enrollment paperwork along with the enrollment fee before March 31. Please note that that day is a Sunday and the following week is spring break. Families wishing to submit enrollment materials in person will need to do so by March 29 to qualify. We are happy to print out materials for any family that requires a hard copy. Please contact Bacchus if you have any questions.
Ad Space Still Available
We have two ad spots remaining for the first-ever EA Alumni Newsletter, set for mailing in mid-April. Ads are 1/8th page, and only $25. Contact Liz Kuchling for information about the newsletter or to reserve your ad spot.
Blisterama is Back!
We have a busy spring planned, with lots of Blisterama events lined up through May. We request that each family sign up for at least one slot in both the parent and student role as part of your volunteering commitment to the school. The spreadsheet shows dates and open slots for upcoming events. Also, if you or anyone you know has yard work, cleaning, or general labor projects this spring, consider hiring our supremely capable teens to help.
Please contact Patty Vizzetti or Kate Trueblood with any questions.
